The ability to upgrade items allows players to enhance their weapons and equipment with new affixes, increasing its stats base or adding additional perks. To upgrade items, players must have the item in their inventory, and also access the kiln.

Typically, items with weak bases (like rings) can be upgraded to a more powerful base, while objects with strong bases, such as Eth titans don't change much in their stats after being upgraded.

Upgrade components

The process can take as long as two hours and will cost the same amount of material, though it will have less chance of success.
