Upgrades can boost the power of a piece and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item upgrade, like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type, but with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment in three attributes: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by melee and weapons, while spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To create them, you'll need an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next success is to be rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

During a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost an item's level by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can find these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. When the requirements have been met, the player can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade items process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their accounts. Furthermore, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are many ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets you increase the power of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will receive an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is reached.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at the same time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be added, as well as an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will start the upgrading process.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect when the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to increase certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on its type, but you'll typically need Dilithium and the number of Upgrade tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it can't be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.

Upgrades can increase an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade items components have additional modifiers that can improve the item's stats.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however, increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the requirements required for that item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor), the tier of that item and the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will add an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item level upgrade upgrader (Visit Homepage) NPC.
